For me, Al Rawabi supplies food to my beloved country and is a lifelong passion and I am proud and glad to push the boundaries to make this entity a jewel in the country’s history. Together, we have made an incredible journey of success, and more importantly, created a brand that resonates with the Nation’s spirit of excellence. He has attended several leadership programmes, including those hosted by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the American University of Sharjah in Port Management from the World Maritime University in Malmo-Sweden, and was nominated as a visiting scholar – a distinction he still holds. Al Qubaisi believes in continual education and self-development. He helped the Port acquire numerous quality, safety and environmental certifications and was also nominated internal auditor for the facility. In 2006, Al Qubaisi was again promoted to Assistant Director of the Marine Department at Jebel Ali Port. By 1996 he had received a first class honours degree in Hydrographic Surveying, and in 2002 was promoted to Maritime Captain. By 1992, he had moved to the Dubai Ports Authority as marine pilot, where he was sent to study in Alexandria. Al Qubaisi’s rich and varied career started in 1991 at Dubai Customs. Al Qubaisi sits on other company boards and is the Chairman of Emirates Refreshment Company, Vice Chairman of Emirates Modern Poultry Company (Al Rawdah) and a board member at Aswaaq. He has also been discharging duties as the Operations Director for the Investment Corporation of Dubai, which is the Dubai government’s investment arm. It's also not acidic like orange juice or lemonade, so it's easy on my stomach as well.Abdulla Al Qubaisi is the Vice Chairman of Al Rawabi Dairy Company since 2012. It's especially good during the summer and after meals. I just have it plain as fruit juice and usually add a couple of ice cubes to it. I like these the best because the texture is thicker and sweeter. ![]() I buy mango nectar that is either organic or imported. It's really refreshing.Īnd if you are having something really hot and spicy, this drink goes excellent with it. It's delicious! I always order for it when I have fried snacks at Indian restaurants. ![]() It's made with either plain yogurt or milk, mango nectar or mango pulp and sugar. You can also use mango nectar to make a Southeast Asian drink called lassi. You can make this on a hot summer day and decorate it with some fruits if you want. I kept it in the freezer until it was frozen and then threw it in the blender. So I decided to stick in the freezer and make sorbet out of it. I had tried a new brand that turned out to be too watery for my taste. Chilled mango tea (nectar plus black tea leaves) is better than winning the lottery.Įven if you don't like having it as a juice or a drink, mango nectar makes a great sorbet too! Fantastic.įresh mango nectar is the best! Use it to make your smoothies and your tongue will have a party. I found Sunripe brand on sale for 88 cents a liter at my local grocery store. Mango nectar is fantastic as a cold beverage with lots of ice. ![]()
